I’ll let Jesse tell the story but I have to say that I am overwhelmed, again I can find no good way to describe the moments that brought this hunt to a close. The first thing I saw was sun grab an antler tip as the buck moved through the woods, begging the question “is it the droptine?” He cleared the woodline and stood solid in the sunlight, camera rolled, range was called out and Jesse settled in. What a sight etched in my mind, that’s what I’ll always remember about this one. It feels good, probably the best it’s ever felt - definitely need to do more of this stuff.
